NON-FLORIDA OWNERS

1. Traveler is a For-Sale-By-Owner advertising company and NOT a real estate broker. This advertising program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other advertisers to maximize exposure to potential buyers and/or renters.

2. I understand this agreement must be signed, dated, and returned to Timeshare Traveler so the company is authorized to advertise my timeshare property.

3. I understand that once my authorization is received, Timeshare Traveler will forward all inquiries about my timeshare/property directly to me so I may negotiate the sale or rental of my property without the involvement of any broker and without commission.

4. I understand that I am paying for a 90 day block of advertising to be renewed every 90 days upon my request.

5. I understand that Timeshare Traveler’s refund policy states that this is a one-time fee with a 7 day right of rescission. Once your signed confirmation is received, Timeshare Traveler will send out a confirmation letter of receipt and the 7 day refund policy will then commence. This letter of confirmation will include a beginning and end date for the consumers 7 day cancellation policy. In order to cancel within the perimeters outlined in this contract it must be done in writing via e-mail, fax, or postal mail. After that, the program fee is only refundable if your property is sold or rented within 10% of the original price and you can provide proof of sale or rental.

1. I understand and acknowledge that Timeshare Traveler is a For-Sale-By-Owner advertising company and NOT a real estate broker. This advertising program involves
   pooling advertising resources with those of other advertisers to maximize exposure to potential buyers and / or renters.
2. I understand this agreement must be signed, dated, and returned to Timeshare Traveler so the company is authorized to refer any inquiries about my timeshare / property directly to me.
3. I understand that once my authorization is received, Timeshare Traveler will forward all inquires about my timeshare / property directly to me so I may negotiate the sale or rental of my property without the involvement of any broker and without commissions.
4. I understand that I am paying for a 90 day block of advertising to be renewed every 90 days upon my request at no additional cost.
5. I understand that Timeshare Traveler’s refund policy states that this is a onetime fee with a written 3 business day right of rescission. Once your signed contract is received, Timeshare Traveler will send out a confirmation letter of receipt and the 3 business day refund policy will then commence. This letter of confirmation will include a beginning and end date for the consumers 3 business day cancellation policy.in order to cancel within the perimeters outlined in this contract it must be done in writing via-email, fax, or postal mail. After that, the program fee is only refundable if your property is sold or rented any other way within 10% of the original price and you can provide proof of sale or rental. You are not obligated to pay any money unless you sign the contract and return it to the commercial telephone seller.
