The “timeshare advertiser” commences by advertising your resort property for resale or rent, but it is only that…a START!!! Most timeshare advertisers do not have any source of revenue other than your advertising fee! Strictly speaking, once the company places an advertisement for which you paid, the obligation to the customer has been met. There is minimal interest in ensuring that the advertising is effective. Since the timeshare advertiser is not compelled or financially equipped to “market” your resort property, ultimately their methods prove unsuccessful.
