(timesharing) that most of the current programs available to move resort
properties on the secondary market do not rent or sell enough inventories to be
considered by YOU; the resort property owner. For the most part, real estate
brokers are not the answer. The typical broker works on a local market, with
local inventory, and local buyers and sellers.
Resort property must be marketed globally, and that requires immediate capitol.
In addition, real estate brokers rarely have access to the property as a selling
aid. Finally, commissions on a resort property are considerably less than what a
broker might receive for the sale of a typical residential or commercial
property. All of these factors contribute to a clear disadvantage.
The “timeshare advertiser” commences by advertising your resort property for
resale or rent, but it is only that…a START!!! Most timeshare advertisers do not
have any source of revenue other than your advertising fee! Strictly speaking,
once the company places an advertisement for which you paid, the obligation to
the customer has been met. There is minimal interest in ensuring that the
advertising is effective. Since the timeshare advertiser is not compelled or
financially equipped to “market” your resort property, ultimately their methods
prove unsuccessful.

sells any other way within 10% of your original asking price, we will fully
refund your marketing fee.
